brief: no SPOT tracking at this time; Mile Post 0 of the Alaskan HIghway

Hello,
We have reached Mile Post 0 of the Alaskan Highway in Dawson Creek. We have
cycled 1650 miles from Anchorage in 30 days and have another 650 miles before we
reach Vancouver.

This is where John, our British friend, will part ways from us. He will go on
to Colorado and we will head to Vancouver. Therefore, do not continue to follow
us on SPOT through his website or you will think we took a wrong turn. Thanks
to Tim Staton (good friend), the
SPOT Corp has offered to sponsor us with our own SPOT machine and subscription.
Wow, what a nice surprise. We should have our SPOT (satellite personal tracking
device) up and going through our website in late August or in September.

All photos from Mongolia through today have been sent to Kay, our webmaster.
She will notify you when they are posted in the photo gallery of the website.
We have been having a terrible time trying to upload photos since we reached
Anchorage in early June. Photos Of
the Arctic Circle Ride and Denali Park are a conglomeration of all our friends
that joined us for that portion.

We are trying to keep the blog up-to-date on a regular basis so that might be a
good way to track us also.

Total mileage of our trip so far: 21,000 miles
Heat has been 100+ lately.

Have a great day.
Jacky
